Prior to founding EAS in 1986, Malcolm has worked in Australia, Africa and the UK on numerous international infrastructure projects. With a wealth of experience in the built environment, Malcolm has contributed to hundreds of environmental assessments and permit applications.

Having worked for EAS since 2007 before becoming Director in 2015, Lucy is experienced in a wide range of reports, specialising in ecological surveys, contaminated land and flood risk assessments.
Carol joined the team at EAS in 2018 to take over the role of office manager.

Xanthe joined EAS in 2023; she holds a BSc in Environmental Science and Conservation. Xanthe has gained experience in a range of environmental surveys and assessments from noise impact to contaminated land.
