Prior to founding EAS in 1986, Malcolm has worked in Australia, Africa and the UK on numerous international infrastructure projects. With a wealth of experience in the built environment, Malcolm has contributed to hundreds of environmental assessments and permit applications.

Having worked for EAS since 2007 before becoming Director in 2015, Lucy is experienced in a wide range of reports, specialising in ecological surveys, contaminated land and flood risk assessments.
Carol joined the team at EAS in 2018 to take over the role of office manager.

Lisa joined EAS in 2018; she holds a BSc in Environmental Science and brings expertise in air quality assessment/management from both the public and private sector. Lisa has experience in a range of environmental assessment and development planning projects having previously worked for a number of local authorities across the south-east.

Lucy joined EAS in 2021 with a BSc in Biological Science and an MSc in Ecology. Lucy has developed experience in a range of environmental surveys, assessments and modelling from ecology to contaminated land.
