Prior to founding EAS in 1986, Malcolm has worked in Australia, Africa and the UK on numerous international infrastructure projects. With a wealth of experience in the built environment, Malcolm has contributed to hundreds of environmental assessments and permit applications.

Having worked for EAS since 2007 before becoming Director in 2015, Lucy is experienced in a wide range of reports, specialising in ecological surveys, contaminated land and flood risk assessments.

Carol joined the team at EAS in 2018 to take over the role of office manager.

 Xanthe joined EAS in 2023; she holds a BSc in Environmental Science and Conservation. Xanthe has gained experience in a range of environmental surveys and assessments from flood risk and drainage to water neutrality and contaminated land.

Daniel joined EAS in 2025 after attaining a BSc in Biological Sciences.

Aimee joined EAS in 2025 as an environmental consultant; she holds a BSc in Marine Biology and a Research Masters (MRes) in Conservation Biology. Aimee has experience in working as a research assistant for marine research projects and is now focusing on environmental surveys and assessments.
